I create highly detailed pieces of work for each client. The commission process starts by discussing which size would be suitable/preferred by the client and myself. After this, I would ask to be send photos (as many as possible). I will then take the photos and create mock ups, this is then shown to the client where we discuss which composition they prefer/looks best. I will express my opinion but it is truly up to the client. If in the odd scenario a photo can not be used, I unfortunately will decline. However do not hesitate to message even if you think your image is too blurry. I may still be able to work with it!!

There is a mandatory deposit, to secure your spot, of 50%.
This deposit is non refundable unless I as the artist pull out of
the commission. However this is a rare occurrence. Once the
deposit has been paid, the client will be given a start date and a very rough time line.

                                         While I am working on the drawing I will give loads of updates as I go along. These                                         are not always daily as I am mainly part time, however they are regular. This gives you,                                         the client, an opportunity to discuss anything your not happy with as we go along.                                         When the drawing is complete changes are minimal, so be honest throughout the                                                    process. 

                                          Once the drawing is complete and the client is happy with it, I will then send an invoice of the outstanding cost. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Payment plans can be discussed upon enquiry. After that, I will then package up the drawing and inform the client how it will be sent. Below A5 is sent as second class, however A5 and above is sent as tracked and signed.

When sent as tracked and signed the client will be given a link to the tracking website and number. I will also provide updates as i see them, but this allows the client access to the portraits
whereabouts 24/7.
Once the portrait has been sent it is not within my control how long it may take.
Therefore
I keep in contact and deal with any issues that may occur with delivery.

I may ask if a picture of the portrait next to your pet is possible and a small review
of your thoughts. Allow you can choose to not do this, it is not mandatory but appreciated.
